Lynnderella Bird Brain Blue + China Glaze At Vase Value + CND Sapphire Sparkle Effects

Bird Brain Blue by Lynnderella is one of those polishes I always gravitate toward. It's so delicate and pretty, I always want it on my nails. I found it's perfect base too: China Glaze At Vase Value! And in order to really make things sparkle, I topped the manicure with CND Sapphire Sparkle Effects.  And, to make things even better, it perfectly matched my dress :) Total win!
