I'm not sure why I've been wearing orange nail polish so often as of late. It's nowhere near Halloween but I think orange can be a bit of a warm weather colour too. I'm embracing it.
This is Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Happy Hour at the Blue Parrot is one of the earlier Destination Duo polishes but it's still available for sale! It's a lovely "medium sunny orange jelly with purple and copper shimmers." The purple really comes through which makes this extra special in my opinion.
Because it's a jelly, I had to use 3 coats... some people with longer nails will possibly need 4 but it's worth it. I really love this orange and I added Enchanted Polish Rainbow Ashes to my thumb nails (above) which was a fun addition.
